The story of the song in the words of the artists:
It is about a producer who gets tempted by the devil. He wishes to become famous for his music though the devil shows him and tempts him with fame and riches. The angel then shows the producer the funk side of his skill and tries to help him refuse the devil. "Sold Our Souls" is a funky glitch hop track with DZ vocals over a melodic atmosphere creating excitement and tension the whole way through.
